Senior Attorney- Employment/Housing Discrimination and Directors and Officers Liability

Chubb Group of Insurance Companies' House Counsel Department is seeking a Senior Attorney to handle Employment/Housing Discrimination and Directors and Officers Liability matters in New York

• Defending Chubb-insured institutional clients and boards of directors against a wide range of directors and officers liability, employment liability, and housing discrimination matters
• Trial work, appellate work, mediations and arbitrations, conducting and defending depositions, pre-trial discovery, pleadings, dispositive motion practice, formal written analysis and evaluation of complex legal issues and litigation strategies to clients and insurer’s Claim professionals

• 10+ years of experience successfully defending directors and officers, employment liability, housing discrimination, wage and hour, ADA claims
• Experience litigating before New York State and New York Federal courts and administrative agencies, including EEOC, State Division of Human Rights, CNY Human Rights Commission
